I deliver engaging, trauma-informed training and workshops that bring together lived experience and professional insight. Designed to be practical, interactive, and thought-provoking, my sessions build understanding, strengthen skills, and support individuals and teams to apply learning confidently in real-world settings.
Public Speaking
Speaking with purpose, I aspire to deliver thought-provoking presentations grounded in lived expertise. I believe through this I create safer conversations, deepen understanding, and invite meaningful reflection, while educating, empowering, and opening space for honest dialogue and genuine connection
Consultancy
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed consultancy grounded in lived experience and professional expertise. Working collaboratively with organisations and communities, I provide insight, guidance, and practical strategies to strengthen understanding, improve responses, and embed more human-centred, inclusive practices.
Supervision
I provide supportive, reflective supervision that centres safety, curiosity, and professional growth. Drawing on trauma-informed principles and lived experience, I help practitioners explore challenges in practice, deepen insight, strengthen self-awareness, and maintain compassionate, effective work with the people they support.
